Good news for people working and living in Cyberjaya! Direct bus services from Kuala Lumpur to Cyberjaya are starting soon.
Cyberjaya will get better in terms of transportation and connectivity with the introduction of bus services direct from Kuala Lumpur to Cyberjaya.
In addition, there will be a direct bus service from Cyberjaya to KLIA and KLIA2 as well.
Within Cyberjaya, a few bus stops have been identified to be used before the bus terminates at the bus terminal next to D’Pulze Shopping Centre.
Nadi Putra will be the service provider for the new routes. Currently the ticket price hasn’t been confirmed.
The services are expected to begin right after Hari Raya which should be by July or early August 2017.
Meanwhile, 4 electric buses are planned to be deployed in Cyberjaya. The EV buses are assembled in Japan and will be based at Putrajaya Sentral station where the rapid chargers are installed.
The chargers are capable of charging the buses within 15 minutes. They are able to run up to 70km on a single charge.
These buses are currently being tested in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya areas.
